Advanced Recruitment was founded by our Directors to be somewhere that they wanted to work, having spent many years with recruitment agencies that all seemed to be the same.  They are still actively involved in the business as Main Board Directors and are supported by two other Board Directors and a day to day Operational Board.

The Advanced Recruitment ethos and culture of providing an open, honest and ethical recruitment service is underpinned by our Vision Statement:
